SWEET POTATOE CLEAN CAKE RECIPE:

2 large sweet potatoes

3 cups of flour

250ml oat milk

1/2 sachet of baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp turmeric

1/2 cup olive oil

Tangerine zest

1 ounce of unsweetened dark chocolate

Preparation:

Bake the moniatos until they caramelize. Chop them and mix them well with the oil until a creamy and homogeneous dough is formed.

Add the oat milk, the yeast and the flour and mix well.

Add the cinnamon and turmeric and mix again.

Spread in a bowl as desired, previously greased and floured so that it is easy to unmold, sprinkle the tangerine peel on top and the dark chocolate.

Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C
