Control of compulsive eating.

Ingredients:

2 cups of oatmeal microflakes

1 cup 0% sugar oat milk

1/2 cup coconut oil

6 dates with pits

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 pinch of Himalayan salt

25g dark chocolate chips 0% sugar

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 tablespoon of chia

Preparation:

Turn up the temperature of the coconut oil until liquefied.

Pit the dates and chop them into small pieces.

In a blender or food processor, add the coconut oil, vegetable milk, dates, yeast, pinch of salt, cinnamon, and set on the mode that helps to integrate these ingredients. Finally, add the oat flakes and chocolate chips to finish integrating the dough.

Set aside in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

With the help of two spoons, create irregularly shaped shells.

Spread the biscuits on a baking tray on baking paper. Sprinkle with the turmeric, cinnamon and chia and bake at 180º for 20-25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

Store in an airtight glass container. They are a perfect satiating, healthy and nutritious snack that you can eat at any time.
